Hair Care Tips

Here are some basic hair care tips that you can use to improve the health and appearance of your hair.

General
A healthy lifestyle means healthier hair for you. Excessive stress, smoking, not exercising and not eating nutritiously are not healthy for your hair.

Get enough sleep.

Hair Products (Gel, mouse, hair spary ...)
Avoid using hair styling products with alcohol which dries hair.

Avoid putting hair styling products directly on your scalp, if you put it on your scalp will clog the pores on your head.

Swimming
Before entering the swimming pool, wet your hair so your hair will absorb the initial water is not water that contains chlorine.

Drying

Combing / Brushing

Hair is most fragile when wet, so avoid brush or comb when it is wet, or else it will cause damage, wait until your hair is almost completely dry before brushing it.

Use a brush / comb hair with lots of space / tooth and soft tips. Sharp tooth comb can damage your hair, causing split ends, and scratch your scalp.

To keep brushes and combs clean, wash with soap or shampoo weekly.

Comb your hair to remove tangles before brushing it.

Start by combing your hair gently at the end to get the tangles out and work your way up to the base of your hair.

Always brush / comb with downward strokes.

Avoid using plastic brush / comb that creates static electricity

Shampooing and conditioning
Buy shampoo & conditioner to suit your hair type, trial and error is the best way to find out what a certain hair product is best for your hair.

Bathe with warm water, hot water can dry and / or irritate the scalp.

It is important to wash your hair, shampooing removes dirt, dead skin cells, hair oils, any hair products you may be put into your hair.

When shampooing, rinse your hair before applying any shampoo to remove dust, dirt, and any other foreign goods, then apply shampoo to your scalp and massage gently with your fingertips and work to the outside road. When finished make sure you thouroughly rinse your hair shampoo to remove all vestiges of which may remain. Shampoo residue can dry your scalp / or pulling of hair and dirt. Use conditioner after shampooing, it will moisturize your hair, give it extra protection, add shine, reduce static, and makes it easier to release.

Use conditioner leave, it will hydrate and protect your hair. A leave conditioner on your hair is the equivalent of a moisturizer on your face.

When conditioning your hair, try to spread the conditioner evenly throughout your hair and leave it in for a few minutes before rinsing your hair.

Enter conditioner at about one inch from the scalp, your hair roots contain the most oil and usually do not require extra conditioning.

Be gentle when shampooing and conditioning, do not use excessive force brush your hair, remember hair most vulnerable to extinction when it is wet.
