How to Enhance Female Beauty Through Fashion

One can easily get confused by the use of the two terms, fashion and beauty. Generally, fashion refers to the material items that are the latest trends or custom. However, beauty on the other hand refers to qualities that cannot actually be measured. If observed, fashion can actually enhance these qualities, be they visible or hidden.

The greatest thing about fashion is that it allows you to express yourself and as such, fashion should be able to bring out the best attributes in one if utilized properly. One is generally allowed to go with what suits him or her best for a given occasion but they should ensure that their choice accentuates what they have to offer. If for example, a lady passes by you and all you notice is her nice dress or lovely heels without actually remembering how she looked like, then that woman is not using fashion properly.

The first item of fashion that can actually be used to enhance the beauty of a woman is the choice of clothing. It takes a fashionable and beautiful dress to make a beautiful woman. This however does not mean the dress makes the woman but rather it highlights her good features to make her more beautiful.

Dressing appropriately speaks volumes of a woman intending to make a fashion statement. For this reason, women are advised to always ensure that their dressing is appropriate in every sense of the word.

In order to be able to achieve the intended aim in a given fashion, a woman should first know herself and what works best for her. A woman that always seems to look good in whatever she wears is a prime example of a woman that has come to know herself. Such a woman has come to point where she understands her fashion and style and what works for her best. In understanding herself, she is able to make smart decisions as to what to wear and how to wear it to appeal most persons or to enhance her features.

In conclusion, note that beauty is not a standout feature in itself i.e. it can be deceptive. One can be able to draw attention to their best features and away from their worst features. This can effectively be done by the use of appropriate fashion techniques. Not all fashions work for everyone and as such, you should be able to determine what works best for you.

Women Empowered Through Business Ownership

Helen Reddy said it best in the 70s: "I am woman, hear me roar, in numbers too big to ignore..." The 70s may have had some bad clothes and disco music, but the 70s also opened the door for women, and in many ways, became the Decade of The Woman.

Women have become empowered over the last 30 to 40 years in wide variety of ways, but one of the biggest ways women have become empowered is through business ownership.

Women of color owned 1.9 million businesses in 2008.These businesses generate $165 billion in revenue annually, and employee 1.2 million people.Between 2002 and 2008, women of color owned businesses grew more quickly than any other privately held companies.

Clearly, women are a very entrepreneurial group! Studies have long shown that women are capable multi-taskers, effective problem solvers, creative in approaches to many aspects of daily life, and are often the financial planners at home. These unique skills have lent themselves beautifully to the empowerment of women through business ownership.

Women often create successful businesses because they have identified a need through a specific set of circumstances. Women have created hair care products specifically due to the lack of products they want or need and can't find. Mother's Helpers and Home Fairies came about because women have long wished that "they had a wife." Niche businesses developed for women by women are hugely successful simply because women identify with other women on a very specific level.

There are many opportunities in today's market for an enterprising woman to develop her own business, big or small.
